WHO WE ARE

My name is Rebeca Sudou, I am a Venezuelan graduate of Andres Bello Catholic University in Industrial Relations and certified as an Event Planner.

RS Events was born from a lifelong passion for event design and the dream of a little girl who imagined one day creating beautiful weddings and experiencing the magic of that special moment.

We believe every celebration tells a story. At RS Events, we specialize in designing refined, intentional, and seamlessly executed weddings and events that reflect each client’s unique vision, style, and love story. Through thoughtful planning, elevated design, and meticulous attention to detail, we guide our clients through every step of the journey to ensure a stress-free and unforgettable experience.

As a bride, I personally experienced the complexity and emotional depth that comes with planning a wedding. While the day was meaningful and beautiful, I came to understand how challenging it can be to manage every detail while also trying to be fully present in the moments that truly matter.

That experience gave me a profound appreciation for the value of professional guidance, structure, and thoughtful execution. 

It was this realization that inspired me to pursue professional training in wedding and event planning, transforming a lifelong passion into a dedicated career. My mission became clear: To help couples enjoy a truly elevated planning experience where every detail is handled with care, precision, and intention. 

Today, RS Events is committed to delivering elevated, personalized celebrations that allow our clients to be fully present and confident, knowing their event is being thoughtfully curated and expertly executed. Tailored Proposal

Design & clarity.

Based on our initial meeting and the package you’ve selected, we will present a personalized proposal. Here, you will see exactly how we plan to bring your vision to reality, along with a clear breakdown of our service costs and flexible payment methods.

Booking & Contract

Making it official.

To secure your date in our calendar and officially begin the journey, we will proceed with signing the service contract and the payment of a 50% deposit. This step gives us the green light to start coordinating every single detail.

Once you choose us as your Event-Wedding Planner team, your only job is to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. We handle all the heavy lifting and behind-the-scenes logistics so you can experience a stress-free countdown to your big day.
